Our firm and its professionals are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants - Private Practice Section and Tax Division, California Society of Certified Public Accountants - Litigation Consulting Services Section, and the Institute of Business Appraisers. In addition to our licensed CPAs in the State of California, our staff also includes a Diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Examiners, an Accredited Business Valuator, a Certified Valuation Analyst and Masters of Business Administration.

Our Principals


Lester J. Schwartz, CPA, is an expert in forensic accounting, business appraisal, business disputes, damage claims, economic losses, goodwill, going concern, marital dissolutions, and tax matters. As a Board Certified Diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Examiners he has been appointed by the courts as a special master or referee on various accounting, tax and valuation matters. In addition, he has over 30 years experience in the entertainment industry counseling actors, producers, directors, and writers on all of their financial and tax matters.


Michael D. Saltsman, CPA, has over 25 years of experience in investigative accounting. He frequently testifies as an expert witness in the federal and state courts on issues of accounting malpractice, analysis of distributable settlements, bankruptcy, business interruption, contract costs, eminent domain, goodwill, insurance claims, and when lost earnings arise. He is also a reviewer of CPAs under the AICPA and California Society of CPAs Peer Review and Quality Review Programs.


Lynda R. Schauer, CPA, CVA, CGMA

Lynda Schauer is an expert in forensic accounting, business valuations, business disputes, economic damage calculations and financial elder abuse with over 24 years experience in both public and private accounting. She has served as the courts appointed expert and testified in both family law and civil litigation matters, including trials by jury. Lynda volunteers as a Daily Settlement Officer and Family Law Financial Mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Courts in both Downtown and Van Nuys Courthouses.

Our Associates


Dave Dichner, CPA, ABV has over 25 years experience in income and estate planning and preperation, forensic accounting, and business valuation for both divorce and estate planning purposes. He is an Accredited Valuation Analyst (ABV-a certification issued by the AICPA). He has served often as jointly appointed or neutral expert in divorce matters and serves regularly on LA County Bar arbitration panels for fee disputes.
